From the Navigation Bar above choose Online Chocolate Shop.

Select the number of chocolates you would like. (Refer to our chocolate gallery to see images of all our chocolate flavours)

1. Simply "Add to Cart" your selected item/s.

2. Click the "View Shopping Cart" button to see the contents or change the quantity. 

3.  Enter 0 (zero) as the quantity if you need to remove an item from your cart.

4. Click "Enter Payment Details" to enter your details and place your order.

If you are looking for a particular product and cannot find it on our web site please contact us.

Join the Bohemein Club and get $10 free chocolate!

You can also collect points with your purchases. Earn enough points and you get more free chocolate.
We may also send you occasional emails to let you know your points balance, new products and special offers.

3. Payment Options

For online orders, delivered to your door we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Internet Banking.

For internet banking orders, your order will be processed once payment has been received.

Please make your payment to ANZ Bank, Johnsonville, account #01-0519-0131947-00.

4. Personalised Card Message 

Please write your message in the comments/special instructions box in the shopping cart checkout.

EXAMPLE: " We love you mum get well Jiri, Hana and Alex XO."

5. Delivery

TIP: To avoid sun damage we recommend you to provide us with a reliable daytime delivery address (e.g. work or business address)

To make sure that someone is there to receive the Gift. Otherwise your gift will be left in shady place at your house.

We offer 5 freight options:

Pickup – Free. There is no delivery or packaging fee for orders picked it up from one of our stores.                                                                .

Orders collected from one of our stores are packaged in our gift boxes as shown in our online chocolate shop.

Wellington $15.00 (See the pink, brown and yellow zones on the map to you right).

Delivery Fee includes overnight freight and our wooden shipping box (see the image to your right).

Rest of New Zealand (outside Wellington Zone) $20.00.

Deleivery Box

Rural Delivery is an extra $5.00.  

6. Important re Delivery!

We require a Postcode to be supplied to ensure delivery in a timely fashion. Failure to provide us with the correct Postcode or Delivery Option will result in delays and delivery may be cancelled. We take no responsibility for un-delivered items due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details that we are provided with.

We try our utmost to have products delivered in the required timeframe, however we do need to fit in with a courier service. Please refer to Timing below.

You will receive a confirmation of order via email.

Please note: Orders over 5 trays1 are considered bulk orders and you will be contacted by one of our team members to make alternative arrangements for delivery. Extra charges and delays may apply.  

7. Timing

Orders placed before 12 midday will be delivered the next day. Rural Deliveries may take up to 3 working days. Please allow an extra working day for orders paid via Internet Banking for funds to clear. 

Orders placed after Midday will be sent the next Working day.

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday throughout Wellington.  

Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday for the rest of New Zealand.  

As our items are couriered we are unable to send to PO Boxes and are unable to deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please note that we only offer an overnight courier option, not a cheaper 3 day delivery option. Bohemein Fresh Chocolates are made fresh and must be delivered to you ASAP so they remain fresh and in their perfect original condition.

Please note: The delivery time will be affected when your order exceeds 5 trays1.

8. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice, Include GST and are in New Zealand Dollars.

9. Security

You can shop with confidence knowing that our site is protected by SSL Technology.  This ensures a secure environment for our customers.

10. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

 

At Bohemein Fresh Chocolates we pride ourselves on the quality fresh chocolate products we produce.

No refunds will be given for goods if you have simply changed your mind. So please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy.

If your chocolate delivery has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately by emailing info@bohemein.co.nz or phoning 04 499 79 13 describing the damage so we can provide the appropriate remedy. If your chocolate delivery has been damaged in transit refund/replacement will be at our discretion.

Should a refund be provided it will be done within 7 days and include the courier fee.


 

11. Stock Availability

Our aim is to supply your order in a timely manner, however if a supply issue arises we will contact you as soon as possible.  If goods are delayed indefinitely and no alternative is found the order may be cancelled.

(1) Please use the guide below to work out the number of trays purchased:

Bohemein Fresh Assortment of 12 Chocolates = 1 tray

Bohemein Fresh Assortment of 24 Chocolates = 2 trays

Bohemein Fresh Assortment of 36 Chocolates = 3 trays

Bohemein Fresh Assortment of 48 Chocolates = 4 trays

For orders of multiple boxes please add tray amounts together. Example: 2x Bohemein Fresh Assortment of 24 Chocolates plus 2x Bohemein Fresh Assortment of 36 Chocolates = 10 trays.
